This regal agave is known for its dense, compact and symmetrical leaves that are marked with distinctive white lines where neighboring leaves have separated. It is small, reaching a mature height of just 1 ', and 1-2' in width. Native to the Chihuahuan Desert, the Queen Victoria Agave is very slow growing and long lived. Because of its small size, this agave does well in confined spaces or containers. Plant in full sun and water sparingly to preserve compact growth. This agave rarely produces offsets, but may pup occasionally, especially after flowering.

*Height and width estimated for growth in the Tucson, AZ area. True sizes may vary.
