This trailing succulent was named for its petite, fleshy, heart shaped leaves and vibrant pink flowers. Heart and Flowers is a popular, low growing groundcover that spreads through stems which root where they come in contact with moist soil. Quickly reaches up to 3 feet wide with little water. Looks lovely trailing out of hanging baskets or containers. Does best in partial shade and looks great in mass plantings.
