This fast-growing shrub is a member of the Texas Rangers, a group of cold tolerant, drought resistant, and heat loving shrubs that are popular in Southwest landscapes. The Heavenly Cloud Texas Ranger is known for its dense, upward branching growth habit that produces a breathtaking display of lilac-purple blossoms from early summer until fall. This evergreen Texas native hybrid blooms the most when rain is abundant, and features a deeper green foliage than most Texas Ranger varieties. Reaching 6-8 feet high and 4-6 feet wide, this beauty is one of the larger Texas Rangers, so give it room to grow!
