The native Globe Mallow can be found flourishing in the wilderness along roadsides, in washes, and on rocky hillsides in the Southwestern United States. Greyish green foliage and stems make this a very attractive low-water perennial. Cup shaped translucent flowers bloom in an array of colors such as scarlet, white, pink, and yellow, with orange being the most prevalent. Globe Mallow is a dependable spring-bloomer, and will sporadically blossom throughout the growing season.
